Will this replace my accountant?

No — and that's the point. It prepares perfectly organized documents for your accountant so they spend less time chasing receipts and more time advising you. You get lower accounting bills, they get cleaner inputs.

Does it actually understand VAT?

Yes. You configure your domestic VAT rate, EU B2B rule (reverse charge or standard), and non-EU treatment. The agent classifies every invoice, calculates net + VAT amounts, and tracks output/input VAT for your return.

Is it secure?

We use read-only Gmail scope — we can't send emails or access contacts. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Invoices go straight to your Google Drive; we don't store copies on our servers.

Which banks work for reconciliation?

Any bank that exports statements as PDF or CSV. You upload your statements to a Drive folder; the agent reads them and matches against collected invoices with fuzzy name matching (handles legal name vs brand differences).

Can I use it for multiple companies?

The Agency plan supports multiple entities. Each entity has its own Gmail connections, Drive folder, rules, and reports.

What if I want to cancel?
